Jeff Price CPA, CGA
President – Trainer | Facilitator | Subject Matter Expert
Jeff is an Associate with Gratitude Learning Associates Ltd. He brings over 30 years of customer service, leadership, financial, and training expertise to the GLA team. Having worked in senior management in the private sector; director in a senior government, as well as in several director roles for Chambers of Commerce and soccer organizations, Jeff’s expertise ranges from managing and leading change to financial statement, pro forma and business case development and includes training design, development and delivery of governance, ethics, sustainability, financial, procurement ethics, and change management training.
Jeff is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CGA), has a Certificate of Adult Continuing Education from the University of Victoria, a Certificate of Change Management from University of British Columbia, is a Certified Scrum Master and a qualified Instructional Skills Workshop facilitator and trainer.

Doris Good CPA, CMA, MBA
Associate – Trainer | Facilitator | Subject Matter Expert
Doris is an Associate with Gratitude Learning Associates. As a CPA, CMA, she was a controller for a large retailer, a manager at one of the big four accounting firms, and a training manager for the provincial government.
During her tenure with the Ministry of Finance, she was awarded the Apex Award in Leadership for her work in professional ethics training.
Doris has been involved with developing and delivering training to CPAs for 17 years, starting with the CMABC and CPABC Preparatory Program. She has also developed custom ethics programs for university business faculties and corporation accounting staff.
Doris was appointed a director of the first board of CPABC after a directorship on the board of CMABC. She completed her CMA at Simon Fraser University, earning the David Aplin Leadership and Strategic Management Award.
Doris also earned an MBA from Royals Roads University, winning the Founders Award for Leadership and Sustainability.

Mark T Johnson
Associate – Trainer | Facilitator | Subject Matter Expert
Mark is a seasoned HR professional who currently holds a position in Strategic HR for Citizen’s Services, specializing in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (EDI), as well as leading their Reconciliation efforts. Mark has more than three decades of experience in coaching leaders, supervisors, and a variety of other individuals, including; new Canadians, military families, returning-to-work parents, and those looking to change career paths.
As a certified coach, Mark currently offers leadership, team, and EDI coaching as part of the Corporate Coaching Services Team. Additionally, Mark is passionate about facilitation and learning. He spent 5 years as a Corporate Learning Specialist for the PSA Learning Centre, where he helped create and facilitate workshops province-wide on various personal and professional development topics. Prior to this, he was the Employee Engagement Manager at the Ministry of Children and Family Development. He also served as the Learning and Development Advisor and Manager of Occupational Health and Safety at the Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction.
All of Mark’s career endeavours have a common thread: A deep commitment to helping people. He firmly believes that human beings have far more commonalities than differences and that with a bit of effort, a lot of listening, and heaps of understanding, we can all feel included in working toward our individual and collective goals and aspirations.

Ian Woodson
Associate – Trainer | Facilitator | Financial Curriculum | Wellness
Ian has over 30 years of instructional experience in Information Technology, Finance, Budgeting and Business (accounting) This experience was gained with both private sector and public sector institutions. Ian recently retired from teaching at Camosun College where he had instructed for 9 years in the Business faculty, both face to face and online.
Working in a senior role in finance and budgeting with the provincial government for over 18 years, Ian also facilitated finance courses and gained certification in Risk Management, Lean (green belt) and Project Management. As well he has pursued professional development with Royal Roads University, Instructional Skills Workshop, West Coast Great Teachers among others.
Ian has extensive experience designing courses including end to end development in Governance, Budgeting, Government and NPO accounting as well as end user training for advanced business Intelligence. Ian has served on a number of Non Profit boards in the Victoria area (both as a Director and at large) including neighbourhood associations and single parent resource center. He served one term on the City of Victoria Social Planning Advisory committee which provided advice and support to Victoria City Council.

Megan Pratt CPA, CGA
Associate – Trainer | Facilitator | Subject Matter Expert
Megan recently retired from the BC Public Service, having spent the majority of her time there as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director for a large Ministry. In this role she participated in the developing and facilitation of financial courses for public servants.
Prior to this she worked in private sector accounting firms, delivered marketing services and training for various companies, and developed and delivered marketing and client service training under her own banner for several years.
Megan is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CGA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia, and a proud Associate with Gratitude Learning Associates Ltd.

Anna-Leiza Barthorpe MA, PGCE
Associate – Instructional Designer | Senior Developer | Subject Matter Expert
Leiza has over 20 years of experience in education and training, with experience teaching English, Media, IT and Art to college level adult learners. She has worked in colleges and universities in the UK – specializing in Educational Technology and training staff and students on virtual facilitation and course design.
Leiza’s most recent experience has been working for Island Health BC as an Instructional Designer, and she worked for over 7 yrs with the BC Provincial Government as an Instructional Designer and Developer with expertise in virtual classroom design and virtual faciltiation.
With an English first Degree, Post Graduate Certificate in Education ( PGCE) and Masters Degree in Digital Art, Leiza has a passion for online learning and visual/digital media. She is committed to bringing accessible, innovative and exciting learning to the classroom: be that virtual or physical.

Dan Doherty MA
Associate – Trainer | Facilitator | Adult Education | Instructional Skills Network | End Point Vision | Coaching
Daniel Doherty, M.A., is the co-creator and publisher of EndPoint Vision (EPV), a practical coaching system grounded in Alignment Theory – the idea that meaningful change happens when values, beliefs, actions, learning, and organizational purpose all pull in the same direction. With over 40 years as an adult educator, learning designer, and group process facilitator, Daniel blends learning science, coaching, research methodology, and systems thinking to help people build clarity, confidence, and real-world impact.
His work spans higher education, private-sector consulting, and five years serving across British Columbia as a Corporate Learning Specialist in the BC Public Service. Daniel designs learning experiences that connect vision with behaviour, insight with action, and personal growth with team and societal needs.
Curious, playful, and grounded in evidence-based practice, he continues to explore new ways to help people grow, align, and lead from their best selves.

Linda Bottomley BEd
Associate – Trainer | Facilitator | Subject Matter Expert
Linda Bottomley is a skilled educator, facilitator, and instructional designer with more than 20 years of experience designing and delivering leadership, supervisory, and professional development programs across the private, public, and non-profit sectors, including the Government of British Columbia Public Service, Provincial Employees Community Services Fund, Victoria Conservatory of Music, The Land Conservancy of British Columbia, and Fortis BC.
Linda brings curiosity, energy, and authenticity to her work. She partners closely with clients to design and facilitate learning experiences that are relevant, interactive, and aligned with organizational goals. Her collaborative approach enables her to connect powerfully with diverse audiences across all career stages. Her proven track record includes leadership development, trust-building, leading change, conflict resolution, coaching, and communicating with clarity.

Lili Spencer
Associate – Junior Developer | Instructional Designer | Marketing & Communications
Lili is currently studying at the University of British Columbia pursuing her BA in Philosophy and International Relations, and her MM in Business Management at the Sauder School of Business as a dual degree student.
She has held business leadership roles in the Young Women in Business UBC Branch as the Philanthropy Coordinator (Sept 2025 – Apr 2026) and the Vice President of Philanthropy (Apr 2026 – Apr 2027).

Belinda Lucoe BComm, FMCP
Associate – Trainer | Facilitator | Leadership Development | Financial Curriculum
Belinda Lucoe is a financial management leader with more than 25 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, risk management, and organizational leadership within the British Columbia Public Service.
Throughout her career, she has provided financial advice to senior executives, led high-performing finance teams, and managed complex operating and capital budgets.
Belinda has also facilitated financial management and budgeting courses for Government and CPA professionals for many years, helping participants strengthen their financial planning, analysis, and decision-making skills through practical, real-world application.

Donna Porter CMA
Associate – Trainer | Facilitator | Subject Matter Expert
Donna is an associate with Gratitude Learning Associates Ltd. She brings over 32 years of varied experiences from financial management roles, teaching, public speaking and volunteer positions.
Donna’s experience in financial management roles is both from private sector and Government. Experiences in executive level positions include Corporate Controller in Private industry, to Director and Executive Director positions in Government culminating with retirement in 2019 as CFO of a large Provincial Government ministry.
Donna served on the Financial Curriculum Advisory Committee for the BC Public Service and has taught ethics and senior level financial management courses to Government employees for over 13 years, and accounting courses to college students for 9 years.
Donna’s zest for life is infectious and spills over in her enthusiasm as a trainer.
